Remarks:
This is a picture of a large adult blood python in the middle of its shed cycle. This snake couldn't be any more blue--it's bright red colors are turned to brown, its sides are milky, its eyes are opaque. In about three days this snake will "clear;" its colors will brighten and it will look as if it has shed. Then about a day later, it will actually shed.
