Ball pythons have enjoyed the rapt attention of an entire global community of admirers. They are definitely the most popular pet python on the planet--they may be the most popular snake. And there is good reason for their celebrity. They are a hardy snake with a docile and gentle disposition. They are deliberate in their actions, easy to feed and care for, and just the right size.
